We’ll gather at Sterling Forest Lodge, a luxurious boutique lodge nestled in 40 acres of forest just outside Stowe. With miles of trails, a hidden meditation pond, and cozy, thoughtfully designed spaces, the lodge invites you to fully unplug and settle into your surroundings.
SOFT PRACTICES, DEEP IMPACT
– Daily Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and yoga practices to reconnect with your body
– Seasonal teachings from East Asian Medicine to align with autumn’s energy of letting go
– Guided forest hike with a local naturalist

Nourishing, locally sourced organic meals will be served throughout the retreat, designed to support your vitality and comfort. And with a small group of no more than 14 guests, you’ll have space to connect with others—or retreat into quiet—at your own pace.

Western views and cooler lime washed tones give Ash a cozy, protected feel. The attached en suite bathroom has a full glass shower open to the room, or covered by the sliding barn door. Your choice. Large slab slate and Douglas fir walls bring the presence of nature into the room while your views compliment the feeling.

Travel insurance: ~ $150 trip insurance through Allianz.
Ground transportation: Venue is approximately one hour from the Burlington, VT airport (BTV). You are welcome to rent a car or we are happy to help coordinate transportation to the venue.
DEPOSIT + PAYMENTS
Deposit of $750 will hold your spot. Deposits are non-refundable. Full payment is due July 8, 2026.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We cannot offer any cancellations or refunds after July 8, 2026. A cancellation prior to July 8, 2026 can be refunded less the $750 deposit.
INSURANCE
We strongly urge you to purchase travel insurance to protect your investment. We recommend Allianz as a policy provider. We cannot issue any refunds after July 8, 2026.
