NOURISHING LIFE
Live Your
WHAT TO EXPECT
A return to rhythm, rest, and what matters.
Each Nourishing Life retreat is designed to gently draw you back into alignment—with yourself, with the seasons, and with the natural intelligence of your body.
We move slowly. We breathe deeply.
We listen—to the body, to the earth, to what’s ready to emerge.
Our days unfold with intention: movement practices rooted in yoga, Tai Chi, and breathwork… periods of quiet reflection… shared meals prepared with care… and conversations that don’t require you to be “on,” but simply to be.
These retreats are informed by East Asian Medicine’s deep reverence for nature’s cycles. We explore the energies of the season we’re in — what it asks of us, and what it offers. You’ll leave not just feeling rested, but also with a deeper understanding of how to live in rhythm with life, not in resistance to it.
This isn’t about performance or pushing yourself. It’s about nourishment in the truest sense—body, mind, and spirit.
Whether you come alone or with a friend, you’ll find space here.
Space to exhale. Space to reconnect.
Space to remember what helps you feel whole.

QUEST
FOR BETTERMENT
I created these retreats out of a deep longing—for space, for rhythm, for something slower and more honest than the pace so many of us are asked to keep. Over the years, I’ve come to believe that real nourishment isn’t about indulgence or escape—it’s about returning. Returning to our bodies, to our breath, to nature’s pace, and to the quiet truth of who we are when we’re not striving, fixing, or performing. These retreats offer that return.

PASSION FOR EXPERIENCE
What’s guided me most is the belief that we don’t need more information—we need more integration. The teachings I share are rooted in East Asian Medicine, movement, and seasonal living, but they aren’t about mastering a new system. They’re about remembering something ancient and wise that already lives inside each of us. These retreats are my way of creating the kind of environment where that remembering is possible—through gentle structure, thoughtful community, and the healing presence of the natural world.
I’m continuously inspired by what happens when we allow ourselves to step out of urgency and into presence. The softening that follows. The conversations that unfold. The way people breathe differently, sleep more deeply, and begin to trust themselves again. That’s the heart of Nourishing Life. Not just a practice, but a way of being that brings us closer to vitality, connection, and ease—in retreat, and in the lives we return to.
